Marais quiet and sunny apartment

As described in the ad and a wonderful place to stay. Right in Marais, closeby to some of my favorite places in Paris. Flat is wonderful to stay in and provides a nice comfortable reprieve at the end of the day.

I was so happy in Pierre's apartment last May that I decided to rent it again this year. And to my surprise, Pierre has made it even more cozy and comfortable with additional rugs and embroided table covers. Sunshine from 2 directions adds even more warmth. A street with cafes from one end to the other downstairs, food shops and patisseries between them (including the Enfants Rouges out door market) and the Metro just 5 mins. walk away make this the most traveler-friendly apartment I have ever rented from MrB&B. Kudos Pierre!

Apart from having to tackle the 5th floor without an elevator, the apartment is pleasant. Spacious, except for the bathroom. Well equipped. It's spring so the heating wasn't necessary. Fortunately, because I haven't figured out how it works yet. Some additional explanations on the information sheet would be welcome. Maria, the cleaning lady who acts as intermediary, is very helpful and welcoming. I would gladly return to this apartment.

I had a great stay at Pierre's spacious apartment. Great amenities and fantastic location in Le Marais. Pierre responded to my questions in a timely fashion. Would stay again if I return. Thank you for having me.

Pierre was a very nice host and went out of his way to familiarize me with his apartment and how to operate everything. The location is excellent in the Marais district. It is within walking distance of many places and metro stations. The unit is clean, functional and very sunny. Just as advertised. It can get warm but the fans were most helpful.

I just loved this apartment! I felt like I was home, not in a rental, and it's so bright and sunny, I had to pull down the shades in late afternoon to protect my lap-top. Three doors away, the Rue Bretagne is a row of cafes, just like in the movies, with bakeries and food shops in between. I was at the hub of a thriving residential neighborhood, but a short walk to the subway, the gayborhood and a 20 minute walk to the major tourist center downtown. If I return to Paris next Spring, I will rent this same apartment again. It was a dream-come-true!

Excellent location restaurants cafes bars and museums within walking distance. Quite block and you wake up to a luminous and beautiful day light.
