STUDIO TURENNE IN THE MARAIS 3rd Quarter

A truly charming studio flat, clean, although slightly worn. I had a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the location could not have been better. My dialogue with Mark, and his assistant was also excellent. The only downside was the many (!) steps to climb to get up to the fourth floor. So a heavy suitcase is not ideal.. Still, I had a very positive stay!

I stayed at Mark's studio for 3 nights. The place was very clean and centrally located. I was able to walk to all the sights, including the Eiffel tower, albeit it took over an hour and a half. The studio was well stocked with towels, cookware and dishes. Even had a microwave and iron. Mark was not able to meet me there, but Fernando, his associate, met me on time. Both communicated instantly, while booking or if I had questions. The building was built in 1623 and everything is tiny. It is a pocket studio, small and remodeled bathroom, but adequate for one person or a couple. The Murphy bed was comfortable and the sheets had a clean smell. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Paris. Thank you Mark and Fernando!

Mark's place was compact, but eminently practical for single traveleres like myself. Manal was a lovely help to me at check in, and Mark was quick to reply to my questions. He and I shared a wonderful dinner together, and became fast friends -- this is far beyond the host's "call of duty." I really appreciated his time and effort.

Charming, quiet 4th floor flat with a view of the rooftops of Le Marais. Beautifully stocked kitchenette, great Murphy bed: very comfortable. Clean, plenty of linens and toiletries. Closet with hangers and plenty of shelves for your stuff. Fantastic location. The bathroom and sink is small for a big guy (I'm 6'2") but really fine. (How much time are you planning to stay in here with all of Paris outside your door?) Didn't get to meet Mark but he was very attentive via text and email. I felt absolutely at home here and am grateful for this sweet space. I will definitely stay here again.

This small yet well equipped and nicely located studio was great for my short stay in Paris. Mark was super helpful in arranging for a last minute booking, and his wonderful agent Chris met me at the apartment for check in. It's minutes walks away from all the best spots in Le Marais, in the heart of Paris.
