Cosy studio in the Marais, heart of Paris (metro 1 "Hôtel de Ville")

We had an incredible time in this cute apartment. Sylvain was super responsive and helpful and left us plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the neighborhood. We will definitely be looking to book this next time we come to Paris

Small space in an excellent location within Le Marais. Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Within a 5 minute walk to many shops, restaurants and bars. Exactly as advertised. Communication with Sylvain was clear, easy and helpful. Would stay again!

Sylvain is kind and helpful and super efficient with bookings. The studio is really well located and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a lovely stay at this very conveniently located studio, right next to some of the best sights of the Marais - the location is really unparalleled! Sylvain met us on arrival and was very communicative by text! The only thing to note if you are visiting in summer is this apartment gets *hot*, hotter than outside temperatures. Sylvain kindly provided a fan, but if the weather is warm this is not for the faint-hearted!

The most outstanding feature of Sylvain's apartment is its perfect location. It was very useful for my short stay, close to everything, with very good restaurants and bars and centrally located to reach any point in the city. The apartment is just as shown in the photos and Sylvain was always very attentive from the moment of the booking. Everything perfect!

Had a fantastic weekend in Paris. No doubt, Sylvain's responsiveness and friendliness had a big part to play in that. We felt very welcomed and trusted in his apartment (which was an excellent launch pad to explore the Marais). For those with mobility issues, do note the apartment is on the fourth floor and the bed's on the loft. However, there's a sofa bed available in the salon. We'll be happy to stay at Sylvain's (if he's available) the next time we're in Paris!

Perfect little apartment in the best neighborhood. The apartment is charming and has everything you need. I would stay here again and again! Sylvain was a great host and communicated fast, answering all my questions. There was a heatwave in Paris when I visited and Sylvain went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable.

The studio is well located in the heart of the Marais, next to a grocery store, a 5-minute walk from the metro and several gay bars in the area. It's perfect for those who want to explore the city during the day and go out for a drink later. Sylvain is very welcoming and available to answer questions promptly.

Incredible experience in the heart of Paris. Perfect apartment, located in the most strategic spot in the city. Super welcoming reception from Sylvain, a kind and thoughtful host who was always available for everything. Sylvain made the difference and it was a pleasure to be his guests. Very well located, in the heart of the Marais, close to three metro stations. Friendly welcome from Sylvain who made sure to be present and available for any questions. Ideal for one person, or even two.
