Welcome to my warm and comfortable studio, ideally located on the 4the and top floor (no elevator) of a beautiful mansion typical of the Marais.
🌞 Very bright, with an unobstructed view over the rooftops of Paris, this little cocoon offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay :
🛏 Mezzanine bedroom with double bed, mattress and mattress topper for a comfortable night's sleep.
🚿 Bathroom with shower and WC (sanibroyeur - use with care)
🍳 Equipped kitchen area, separate from living area
🌿 Quiet, clean, non-smoking studio
📍 Ideally located, a stone's throw from the BHV, Hôtel de Ville, bars, museums, and the lively, festive life of the Marais, including gay-friendly Paris.
🗝 I live next door and want to give priority to handing over the keys personally to welcome you personally.
🙏 No smoking. Respect and seriousness expected. quiet location. The studio is for 1 to 2 people.
