The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with an elevator), in a quiet, lovely tree-lined courtyard. Facing south, it is bright, spacious, and a pleasure to live in. It is a 53 m2 two-room apartment with generous proportions, 3-meter-high ceilings, and refined decor inspired by the bourgeois Haussmannian Parisian style.

The large living area includes a comfortable living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The bedroom features a 160 x 200 cm double bed and plenty of storage space for your luggage and personal belongings. The large, modern shower room completes the apartment.

The apartment is designed for an elegant, quiet, and comfortable stay in Paris. It’s ideal for a couple or two travelers looking to enjoy a true Parisian pied-à-terre—central, intimate, and well-equipped.

You’ll have access to the entire apartment. Check-in is self-service via a secure key box, and I’m available via message if needed before or during your stay.

The neighborhood is lively, friendly, and very convenient. Rue des Petites Écuries, in the 10th arrondissement, is lined with cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Canal Saint-Martin, the Grands Boulevards, and many other Parisian landmarks are easily accessible. Several public transportation options are about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach other neighborhoods in Paris.
