- Do not make noise after 10 p.m.
- No downloading of illegal content via WIFI
- No smoking in the apartment (even at the window)
- Do not entertain other people in the apartment
- Respect for privacy: only use objects that are intended to be shared as part of the rental agreement.
- Warning: never leave the key on the lock inside the apartment. If you leave the key inside the apartment, you'll be locked out, and locksmith fees are extremely high.
- Return the apartment in a clean condition
- Notify me immediately of any problems
