A nice studio, very bright, with big room, separated kitchen and a nice bathroom.

The room is all equipped: tv, internet and arrangements. Heating and warm water are central.

The bed is a convertible sofa, yet comfortable and spacy.

There is a nice balcony like terrasse that gives on the cinema when sometimes stars pass on the red carpet and you can watch from above or simply join in the middle of the the crowd.

The location was excellent. The place is perfect for a weekend stay for two people. The stay was pretty good besides the first night with a slight problem of getting back to the apartment where we were locked out because the lock was jammed. Besides that overall we had a great time.

Jad's appartment was fantastic on all levels. Immaculately clean, easy to find and in the best location in Paris I have stayed thus far. The balcony was such a lovely way to sit and have breakfast or evening dinner with a glass of wine and watch the world go by and our weather was perfect and warm for us to enjoy. Jad was the perfect host as well and was so helpful and quick to respond when we needed any queries addressed. I highly recommend a stay at Jad's apartment you will enjoy your stay and Jad's great hospitality.

I can't say enough good things about this stay! Jad is a gracious host and was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is a great size for 1-2 people. I was skeptical about the bed/couch, but it was VERY comfortable. The neighborhood is close to major trains on the Metro and there are great restaurants/bars nearby; Le Marais gay district is a very short ride away. I would love to stay in this apartment again on future stays!

A lovely central apartment within easy reach of many of the best parts of Paris. Well appointed and comfortable, the apartment is in a secure building on the 5th floor. There is one main living space (with comfy sofa bed) and a small terrace. This is accessed from the entrance hall, as are the separate kitchen and the bathroom with shower. Hannouf organised the check in very smoothly and was speedy and helpful with his responses.

Hannouf was helpful and responsive. The studio apartment was clean and perfectly suited our needs. The windows and balcony let in light and fresh air. Sofa bed was comfortable. Good location and proximity to Metro. In a nice, safe neighborhood. Easy to walk to local stores and lots of different restaurants nearby. We would stay there again.
