Studio 30m2 quiet! artist's home...

An exceptional host for a very pleasant apartment, well-located, well-decorated. A true Parisian gem, it's almost impossible to determine which is more worth visiting – the host or the accommodation.

Absolutely loved our stay there. It's a nice-size flat, super quiet although it's literally next to Gare du Nord. Super friendly host, went above and beyond for making our stay the best possible. We can't recommend enough!!

Super apartment, very well equipped and located! Excellent welcome from Georges and we even got a private tour of the concierge, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter and other monuments! Georges is an excellent host and guide! Very attentive to our needs and requests. Thank you so much

Had an amazing stay in Paris! From the check-in process to handing off the keys, everything went smoothly. This 1-bedroom place is super cozy in the best location, next to Gare du Nord. Georges and Franz are the nicest human beings. Despite their busy schedule, they still took us out for coffee and share tips about the city. Could not have asked for a better accommodation in Paris! Would definitely come back!

It was a pleasure to stay in Franz and Georges's pied-à-terre. Communication was easy and they gave me a warm welcome. The apartment is very comfortable and has typical Parisian charm. It's not an ******** available 24/7, but rather these two gentlemen's personal home in Paris, so I'd advise you to include some details about the motivation for your trip in your initial message. Would be a pleasure to stay here again.

This was exactly the cozy little pied-à-terre I was hoping for in Paris. It looked like one of those antique French apartments you see in the movies. After climbing 4 flights up a classic wooden staircase, I kinda felt like an artist in La Boheme. You get the whole studio to yourself. The toilet is separate from the shower, so you and your beau can multiple task in the morning. Comfortable little kitchette to enjoy your coffee and morning pastries. The neighorhood is a bit busy, but the apartment is nice and quiet since it's set back past a courtyard. Located right next to Gare du Nord, it's super convenient for hopping on the Eurostar to London. Also, a hearty walk or quick Metro ride to Le Marais. Georges was super accomodating for the key exchange, meeting us in the early morning at an hour well before most check-in times at hotels. He was nice enough to take us for an introductory walk around town, a great way to stay on your feet and fight the jet lag! Our first morning/afternoon together with a Georges was one of our highlights in Paris; it's so nice to spend time with a gay local. High recommend for great hospitality!

The apartment is just perfect: perfect location, very quiet, right next to Gare du Nord and the Métro station, very comfortable, very clean. Georges and Franz are the perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the apartment!
