Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my home, close to all amenities (transport, shops...) in a very pleasant neighborhood.
You have your own private room on the second floor, equipped with a sofa bed with an excellent 140x190 mattress, a connected TV and a desk. We share the rest of the house together: kitchen, living room, bathroom and the bar/recreation room I've set up in the basement (I love this space, we can have a few games of pinball there if you like). Weather permitting, you also have access to the outdoor terrace.
Coffee and tea are included. There's an espresso machine in the kitchen and one in the bedroom (Dolce Gusto).
The house is located 3 minutes from the T2 tramway station (2 stations to La Défense).
Getting to Paris and the heart of the Marais is quick and easy: about 30 minutes (Tram T2 then metro Line 1 or RER A). And at night, a bus (N24) links the Marais directly to the house in 30 minutes!
If you're coming for a concert, La Défense Aréna is a 25-minute walk away.
I love meeting new people and learning about their way of life and culture. Although I'm not perfectly bilingual, I get by quite well in English.
Please note that 2 cats also occupy the house.
