Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my home, close to all amenities (transport, shops...) in a very pleasant neighborhood.
You have your own private room on the second floor, equipped with a sofa bed with an excellent 140x190 mattress, a connected TV and a desk. We share the rest of the house together: kitchen, living room, bathroom and the bar/recreation room I've set up in the basement (I love this space, we can have a few games of pinball there if you like). Weather permitting, you also have access to the outdoor terrace.
Coffee and tea are included. There's an espresso machine in the kitchen and one in the bedroom (Dolce Gusto).
The house is located 3 minutes from the T2 tramway station (2 stations to La Défense). Getting to Paris and the heart of the Marais is quick and easy: about 30 minutes (Tram T2 then metro Line 1 or RER A). And at night, a bus (N24) links the Marais directly to the house in 30 minutes! If you're coming for a concert, La Défense Aréna is a 25-minute walk away.
I love meeting new people and learning about their way of life and culture. Although I'm not perfectly bilingual, I get by quite well in English.
Please note that 2 cats also occupy the house.

Staying with Fred has been a delight. The room and house is cozy, that I had a nice time spending time at home. Fred is quite helpful and social. I got to spend time with him chatting, playing pinball and listening to music on his Vinyl player. Coffee on demand was a huge plus for me. The cats were also very lovely and playful. I would certainly stay again on another visit to Paris.

I enjoyed my quick one night stay at Fred's place. Very quiet area and I was able to get some work done in the room and outside on the table near the front door. Everything was very clean too and the host was nice.

Fred gave me a wonderful welcome in his tastefully decorated home. It was a lovely evening because the accommodation is very pleasant and well-maintained. Communication was very smooth. Despite my last-minute booking, everything was ready when I arrived and I was warmly welcomed by Fred. Fred is a super nice host, sociable but absolutely not intrusive. The house is superb, I felt like a child again playing pinball and to finish it off I slept really well! In short, a perfect stay 🥰

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Fred's! From my arrival, I was welcomed with remarkable kindness. The accommodation and room were impeccable, comfortable and decorated with great taste. I really had the feeling that every detail had been thought through to make my experience as pleasant as possible. The environment was calm, peaceful and perfect for me to recharge. I particularly appreciated Fred's availability and all the little touches that made my stay even more special. P.S. Fred is very competitive at pinball...good luck!! :) I'm leaving with wonderful memories and a sincere desire to return very soon. I recommend this place without any hesitation!
