A peaceful night in Paris on the top floor, at the foot of the metro

Very pleasant stay at Sébastien's place, our host is welcoming, kind, friendly, discreet, communicates with precision and gives good advice, the apartment is as described, the metro station is ideally located, we had a wonderful time, thank you Sébastien 😊

Sébastien is a helpful host: coffee on arrival, clear explanations about keys and access code, purchase of a metro subscription and printing of a photo. The location is ideal: metro station right across the street, breakfast room on the ground floor, restaurant on the other side of the street. So far so good, but you quickly discover that there are flies everywhere and that the common areas (shower, toilet and kitchen) are particularly dirty. My offer to help with cleaning is refused. Impossible to use the kitchen; even the refrigerator wasn't clean. My stay in Paris was fantastic; I will return without hesitation, but I will then look for other accommodation. Very disappointed and a pity.

Sébastien is a very welcoming and friendly host, I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The apartment is quiet and well-located, close to transportation (train station, airport) and the metro, which is particularly convenient. The bedroom is comfortable and pleasant. The shared spaces could benefit from being a little better maintained to offer an even more pleasant experience. Overall, a satisfying stay with good value for money.
