20 minutes from central Paris, in the former ferryman's house on the banks of the Seine, comfortable room overlooking the Seine. One double bed, one table/desk and one gymnastics bench. Bathroom with bathtub and private toilet. Access to the kitchen for breakfast or coffee.
Lovely walks along the Seine and the village paths (GR). Possibility of crossing the Seine by ferry on weekends from May to October. You'll also find some excellent restaurants on the quays within a 5-minute walk of the house.
A classical music festival, Les Spiriades, takes place every year in the 1st fortnight of July.
The property is a 7-minute walk from the SNCF train station (Paris Saint-Lazare in 20 minutes), where you'll find a Super U, a café/tabac and a bakery.

We were there for two days and everything was fine. House is well equipped including kitchen and other areas. Also nice starting point to look around and Paris. Stéphane is very friendly and nice person

The room is very pleasant with a view of the Seine. There is a desk to work. The wifi connection is perfect. Stéphane is very welcoming and pleasant. I appreciated the conversation we had. He does everything to make you feel comfortable and really cares about our well-being at his place. Thank you very much

I had a great time at Stephane's beautiful house. It's well connected to the centre of Paris and Stephane was a very kind and welcoming host. Will definitely come back if returning to Paris!
