We’ve been a couple for 12 years 👨🏼‍❤‍👨🏻 (ages 32 and 34).

You’ll have access to our comfortable, bright apartment on the top (6th) floor, accessible by elevator.

There are three bedrooms, including the second guest room (featured in this listing) with a 140x200cm convertible sofa bed 🛋 🛏. The bathroom 🛁 and toilet are shared with us.

We’re 2 minutes from the “Boucicaut” metro station (Line 8) or 10 minutes from the “Charles Michels” metro station (Line 10) M.

There are many shops and restaurants right nearby, and the neighborhood itself is very pleasant.

This is where we live, and we love welcoming travelers from all over the world 🗺. Our guests feel right at home here 🤗.

It’s a great place to enjoy Paris 🇫🇷🥖 and go for walks 🚶🏼‍♂

A flawless stay! Impeccable communication from the moment I made the reservation until my arrival. Ludo and Eddy were very welcoming and warm during my stay, we even got to chat peacefully in the evening. The bedroom and bathroom were super clean and the bed comfortable for sleeping. The location of the apartment is ideal, situated in a very chic neighborhood with plenty of cafés and bakeries on every corner. The metro station is very close and near all the attractions Paris has to offer without being in the middle of tourist areas. I highly recommend.
