Suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet) in a beautiful, quiet apartment

A big thank you to Philippe for his warm welcome and kindness. The apartment is calm, peaceful and offers a very beautiful view of the inner garden. Its location is ideal, in a lively neighborhood by day and quiet in the evening. I highly recommend it.

Philippe is a lovely guy! He was very attentive and we had nice conversations. I arrived a bit earlier than anticipated and he went out of his way to make it work! The apartment is spacious and clean, centrally located as well. Downside is the price of parking, so i suggest putting the car away for your stay. Ill gladly visit Philippe again!

Super cozy apartment with great location, in a calm area with access to everything - markets, subway, bus, etc. And not to mention that the host Philipe is a brilliant guy and super attentive. He gave us several tips and suggestions that really added a lot to our trip.

Philip is a very nice and friendly guy. His place has a great location, and the room is very private. Has a clean bed and bathroom for yourself. You can walk to the Eiffel tower and metro stations are very close as well. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay at Philippe's. From the moment we arrived he made us so welcome with advice on where to go. The apartment very cosy and is an authentic slice of Paris. Breakfasts were always perfect, with regular chats about our day. The quartier is just beautiful, with lots of green spaces, metro links to the centre of Paris..And walking distance from the Tour Eiffel! Both being tall we appreciated the roomy bed, and our own bathroom was a treat. But the jewel in this hidden gem is Philippe. The perfect host, for a perfect stay.

Philippe's apartment is located in a green, residential and well connected neighbourhood, not far from the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. It is bright, spacious and tastefully decorated while the bedroom is quiet and has its own bathroom. Philippe is a generous and lovely host and I enjoyed chatting with him over breakfast. Communication was super smooth and so was check in / check out. I would gladly recommend his place for a weekend in Paris.
