Beautiful Haussmann-style apartment in Paris's 15th arrondissement

The room was great: the bed is comfortable, the room is big and decorated with a very good taste, everything is extremely clean and at night it is very quiet. Joakim is a super host, since the beginning communication was always easy and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, super friendly and with great knowledge about the city. Great service. Joakim's apartment absolutely met all the criteria we were looking for for a short stay: a location close to everything, a (ultra) clean, functional and peaceful place, and an absolutely lovely host. It was a very pleasant stay at Joakim's. The apartment is magnificent, the décor is in excellent taste, and it's spotlessly clean. It's very well located with respect to two metro lines that take you to the center of PARIS in just a few minutes. As for Joakim, he is very kind, very attentive, with a constant concern for making sure we feel at home. I was delighted during our evening to chat with him about different subjects—he is very interesting, educated, cultured, and I learned a lot from his company. It's one of the best accommodations in Paris. I recommend it; you can book without hesitation and you'll be delighted to stay at his place in his charming company. I'll be back to see him very soon. What a magnificent host Joakim is. From start to finish, Joakim was very communicative, kind, and hospitable. He even had dinner with me :) His home is lovely. I did not get to explore the area much. But, it did seem very walkable and nice.

I strongly recommend this place. Joakim it's a very helpful person. Very communicative and knows Paris very well. The unit it's very close to the metro station which takes you into the main attractions in a short time. He speaks different languages. You never know, he can probably speak yours. The bed its very comfortable and the room its very good size, taking into account that units in Paris are very small. I gave him a short request for my stay, and he went above and beyond my expectations to have the room ready the same day. Thank you Joakim for all your help. You defectively have the Hospitality quality. A must for this type of service. We look forward to book agin in the future and Thank you again.
