Hello ! I live in a 50m2 apartment in the 14th arrondissement of Paris: a large living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Whether you're visiting Paris, on business, or in transit, I offer to share the space for a few nights. The room has a queen-size bed (160cm), you can be independent or we can share the room, or I can leave the room and sleep on the sofa: to be discussed together to make you as comfortable as possible! Important: two cats live with me in the apartment and are totally at home! So the apartment is not suitable for 🐱 allergy sufferers, unfortunately ;) Two balconies (bedroom side and living room side) for smokers or just getting some fresh air. I vapote and of course you can do it inside. I don't offer meals but you can use the kitchen if you wish. Free tea and coffee and of course towels, shower gel and shampoo :) I'm located at the Alésia metro station, line 4, direct to Châtelet (center of Paris, next to the Marais gay district). Last important thing, I'm very open and easy-going, but one rule: no guests during the stay 😉😇 Don't hesitate if you have any questions, I answer quickly and enjoy your stay!

I stayed with Jean-Bernard for a few days and would happily return. His apartment is very easy to get to from Charles de Gaulle airport as the airport RER has a stop a few minutes walk away. Coffee flowed in abundance with matching conversation. Two delightful cats always in search of company added to the atmosphere. The apartment was quiet and blinds can shut out all the light which makes sleeping easy. Jean-Bernard will make you feel at home.

Jean-Bernard is very welcoming and available. The apartment is charming, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped to fully enjoy Paris. The location is ideal and everything was as described. I highly recommend and I will be happy to return. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Jean Bernard was perfect whether before the booking, before my arrival and during my (short) stay at his place. Friendly and warm, communication was simply smooth. Jean Bernard showed great kindness and dedicated his evening to me. Moreover, the cleanliness of his apartment is worth highlighting. Nothing to complain about, everything was really perfect. A very good stay with a thoughtful host and good advisor (with great recommendations!). The bedding is also very comfortable, and the apartment is pleasant. The location is also convenient, close to various points of interest (Chatelet, Madeleine, Jardin du Luxembourg...) Note the two friendly and curious cats!

Jean-Bernard is an excellent host. Very kind and intelligent, with great communication skills, he made my stay in his beautiful apartment absolutely comfortable. Jean-Bernard was very attentive to my questions, and gave me great recommendations about places to visit in Paris. Nice quiet district, with easy access to all Parisian landmarks. And, of course, I should mention two 🐈 🐈 living at home - they are absolutely gorgeous 😊 Overall, great place to stay in Paris! 💯
