The apartment is very well located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities. Furnished and decorated with taste and care, the apartment is a true sanctuary. Eric, very attentive, is very thoughtful: when I arrived, he had prepared a snack, and for breakfast he gets a fresh baguette. Everything is truly perfect. The bedding is excellent, a real soft and welcoming bed. A memorable Parisian experience.

Eric's place was perfect. Very clean, beautiful rooms, great light, great location, comfortable bed. We didn't see much of each other during my stay, but our few interactions were pleasant, and he is a kind and helpful host.
