New, modern duplex apartment in which I offer for rent the top floor comprising a 10m2 bedroom, a bathroom and a 15m2 terrace with outdoor bed, table and jacuzzi (only in summer). Toilets are shared and on the same floor. Discretion and tranquility are assured on this floor, which is entirely dedicated to you. The room contains a double bed (140x200cm), a mini-fridge with bottled water, a Nespresso machine with unlimited coffee, a TV (Netflix,) and a teleworking space for professional appointments. The apartment is a 5min walk from the 14 metro station, giving you access to Paris in 5min and its heart in around 20 minutes. Regional shopping center 5min by streetcar. Orly airport 10min by metro and 20/25min by streetcar door-to-door.
