3 flatmates in a walk-through apartment, with a courtyard on both sides, close to the Canal de l'Ourcq, offering absolute peace and quiet.
Close to shops and transport (metro lines 7 and 5), we offer a double room, ideal for a couple or a single person. It's equipped with a queen-size bed (160×200), a TV (with access to Canal+, Netflix, Disney+, Max, Apple TV...) and direct access to the furnished, north-east-facing terrace, perfect for a sunny breakfast. The living room, kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) and second terrace are also accessible.
Moustache, our very sociable (and talkative) cat, will be delighted to make your acquaintance and beg for attention and cuddles! 🐱🥰
We'll be happy to advise you on places to discover in Paris and the neighborhood (bars, restaurants, visits...) and if it tempts you, you'll always be welcome to accompany us on our aperitif outings with our pals 🍷🍹🍺.

Smokers are welcome, but not indoors (living room or bedroom). Terraces only.
Check-in and check-out times are given as an indication (especially if two rentals are linked), but it is always possible to arrange for you to drop off your luggage earlier if you arrive early, or to leave it at the apartment if you leave late.
