David was such a welcoming and friendly host. He took time to get to know me and offered to show me some places in Paris. The flat is as described and has been set up beautifully. David takes pride in his home and it was a perfect place to base myself for my time in Paris. I would definitely return. Thanks David!

Beautiful apartment decorated with care, cozy bedroom with a very comfortable bed (building and apartment very secure). The location is ideal with many shops nearby and a wide range of public transport (Gare du Nord 15 minutes away via metro or RER). David had efficiently planned the check-in in his absence. Due to our respective commitments we saw little of each other but the exchanges were cordial, notably around the coffee offered by David, Saturday morning. Highly recommended.

David is a very friendly and welcoming host who made us feel at ease right from the start by preparing a beautiful cozy bed for us in a room with a view of the residence's garden, all in a peaceful, renovated 19th-century apartment in Paris. The icing on the cake: The bakery is right at the foot of the building and David offered us his royal ☕ coffee!! Go for it with your eyes 🤑 closed, it's amazing and ******** more, at a very reasonable price. An experience to repeat, thank you David. Lucien & René
