very centrally located between the North-and East stations, Metro and the Canal St. Martin. Lively neighborhood. I was very friendly wellcomed. My room as described, very calm with birds singing in the morning; Wifi perfect. The five stairs had been announced and are a good training... :-) I have beend there 5 days and will go there again without hesitating!

The most warm welcome, extremely discreet guys who generously shared their advice about the city, transportation and important things to visit. The place is equally charming and very well located. Despite the proximity of transport (Metro and trains) I practically did everything on foot! I strongly recommend!

Excellent stay at Dom's. Charming building, well located and peaceful. Comfortable bedding. Nice decor. Breakfast was appreciated. I was welcomed by Amine who was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. A place to recommend.

Warm welcome from Dominique and Amine who are experienced hosts and it shows in the organization. The apartment is well located, quiet and very well maintained. The bedding is very comfortable, I slept well, and the breakfast is great. It's clear that this place is highly recommended.

A really lovely stay with Dom and Amine. Quiet, easy to find, clean and comfortable bedroom; lovely guys, very welcoming and chatty. I didn't stay long but was very grateful for their hospitality - felt like friends. X

Dom and his partner were excellent hosts! They were eager to welcome me and provide tips. They also invited me to join them for a night out, which I appreciated. Each morning, I was able to catch up with them over traditional French breakfast, which was nice and really helped me quickly get to know them. I was made to feel at home during my entire stay. Totally recommend - fun couple!
