I propose to welcome you in the room of my Parisian apartment located a few minutes from the Marais, Parisian theatres, cruising clubs: in particular the Impact, the largest 100% naturist sexbar (8' on foot) and the IDM saunas (10' ) and Suncity (8') but also the most famous bars of the Marais: Cox and Quetzal (12' on foot). You can therefore enjoy the bars and clubs very late at night, even after the metro has closed since everything can be done on foot. I will be present and occupy the sofa bed in my living room. The room overlooks the courtyard, so it is very quiet, while the street where I live is very lively during the day (many local shops: bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, 3 supermarkets, many greengrocers and many restaurants) and in the evenings (trendy bars, restaurants). There is also triple glazing to ensure a quiet night for everyone. The bathroom includes a bathtub. The toilets are separate. In terms of household appliances, you will find the comfort to make your stay a pleasant one: dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, fridge-freezer, hob, oven. Internet connection. Less than 3' walk from several metro lines: 4,5,7,8,9. There are also bike rental stations near the apartment.
