Large private room with balcony in central Paris

The stay at Franck's was perfect! Franck is very friendly and his apartment is beautifully decorated and very well located! It was a pleasure to stay at Franck's and I will definitely book again!

Frank is an absolutely exceptional host: incredibly attentive, meticulous, and with a human warmth that makes you feel at home from the very first second. His house boasts an unbeatable location in Paris, but the accommodation itself is truly wonderful: beautiful, decorated with exquisite taste and complete comfort, highlighting air conditioning in all rooms, a bathroom with a spectacular giant shower, and an ultra-comfortable bed where you sleep like a dream. Frank thinks of everything, surprising me with the thoughtful touch of leaving me sweets and water on the bedside table, offering breakfast, and giving me local recommendations that are pure gold for making the most of the city. Without a doubt, on my next trip to Paris I will stay here again with my eyes closed; a 10-star experience and 100% recommendable!

Excellent stay at Franck's place whose apartment is remarkably clean and decorated with great taste and a touch of discreet refinement. Impeccable comfort and softness of the bedding and linens. Absolute quiet to enjoy a restorative night's sleep in the softly-toned bedroom with private balcony. Franck is particularly courteous and friendly and will be happy to advise you on your activities and generously shares his best recommendations for dining. I highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay at Franck's place. The room and bed were very comfortable and Franck is a friendly and welcoming host. Location of Franck's apartment is great - very close to public transport and lots of restaurants etc. Despite this the apartment is very quiet - I had a great night's sleep. Franck also keeps the place really clean and there's an excellent shower. Hope to stay again!

I had a wonderful stay during my last visit to Paris. The location is truly excellent — just a short walk from the Metro, making it incredibly easy to move around the city, and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and useful services. It's a vibrant area, full of life, which added a lot of charm to my stay. The host was exceptionally friendly and polite, always available and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The room itself was comfortable and spacious enough for a relaxing stay, and the small balcony was a lovely bonus, offering a charming spot to unwind after exploring the city.
