Large private room with balcony in central Paris

Franck is a great host, very nice, respectful and helpful! The bedroom is large and the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom is modern and clean, the living room kitchen is very pleasant. I highly recommend this listing.

Great location near Place de la Republique. Lots of nice places for food and drinks nearby. Very cozy apartment. The room is spacious and has a nice little balcony. Everything is nice and clean. A little desk so you can work easily in the apartment. Franck is a really nice guy. He makes you feel at home. Interesting conversation. Lots of nice stories. It was really nice having breakfast in the morning. An ideal spot to enjoy Paris and get soms insights into gay Paris.

Franck is a great host, very kind and welcoming, friendly and respectful. Booking, check-in and check-out were super smooth and easy. His apartment is perfect for a good stay in Paris - location is great, apartment is spotless clean, and room was perfect with comfy bed. Despite my late arrival and early departure, I managed to rest well. My warm recommendations to fellow travelers.

Franck is a great host and total sweetheart. His flat is in a great location surrounded by cafe's, shopping, and Parisian culture. He lives in an elevator building and has air conditioning if needed. I will be back!

Just spent 5 nights in Paris, was my first experience using Mister B&B. I have been to Paris many times before but not for as long. The location is excellent. Franck is a great host, lots of tips and suggestions. I slept really well, (I'm a light sleeper) what more can you ask? It's a very different experience, for me it was a very positive one. I feel I know the city much better for having Franck's insight.

Frank is an absolutely exceptional host: incredibly attentive, meticulous, and with a human warmth that makes you feel at home from the very first second. His house boasts an unbeatable location in Paris, but the accommodation itself is truly wonderful: beautiful, decorated with exquisite taste and complete comfort, highlighting air conditioning in all rooms, a bathroom with a spectacular giant shower, and an ultra-comfortable bed where you sleep like a dream. Frank thinks of everything, surprising me with the thoughtful touch of leaving me sweets and water on the bedside table, offering breakfast, and giving me local recommendations that are pure gold for making the most of the city. Without a doubt, on my next trip to Paris I will stay here again with my eyes closed; a 10-star experience and 100% recommendable!
