Beautiful Private Room, Double Bed, Canal St. Martin - Central Paris

I’m offering a large private bedroom for one or two people in my apartment. The apartment stays cool in the summer and is well-heated in the winter; it’s spacious and very comfortable. The bed (140 x 190 cm) is very comfortable, and the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of train stations, the Marais, and the historic center, as well as metro and public transportation to reach the city center, major landmarks, and airports. You may not invite outside guests into the apartment.

You’re welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals, as well as the bathroom and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the Canal St. Martin neighborhood, is quiet, central, and full of charm. It is accessible via several nearby metro lines, making it easy to explore all of Paris. However, many sites can also be reached on foot or by bike. Ideal for an authentic stay in Paris. Please be considerate of my neighbors and friends and avoid making noise after 10 p.m. in the common areas and the apartment.
