After visiting Paris and discovering its cultural and culinary treasures, enjoy your own private room in my bright, architect-renovated apartment. The Goncourt district (the metro station is almost at the bottom of the building) is just a stone's throw from the Marais and Canal St-Martin: it's a lively area, with lots of good restaurants and bars, as well as numerous food shops and several supermarkets.
There are also numerous sports facilities nearby: an indoor swimming pool, several fitness/crossfit/yoga studios. And the Buttes Chaumont park is close by.
I'll be happy to give you tips on what to see and where to go for a drink or a bite to eat: I love showing visitors around my city :-) and I can even help you with bookings for the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, and so on.
The room has a very comfortable double bed, a large shower next to the bed and a washbasin. Electric blackout blinds on each window. Bed linen, towels and bath products provided, of course!
You'll have the bedroom all to yourself, while I'll be sleeping on the sofa :-) but no problem moving into the living room when I'm there!
The kitchen opens onto the living room, making it a very convivial space.
The toilet is separate from the shower and can be accessed directly from the bedroom without passing through the living room.
CAUTION:
If the apartment is very bright... it's because it's on the 5th floor without an elevator :-)
It's a 'small' two-room apartment of 40m2 (not the ideal place if you're planning to travel with a lot of stuff... because there's very little storage space: if you're traveling with 2 or more suitcases, for example, it won't be pleasant for you or for me ;-) ).
No visitors during your stay please :-)
