A very pleasant evening with a highly friendly and welcoming host. A very comfortable night in a comfortable bed. In short, a complete success!

Everything was excellent! Warm welcome. JM was always ready to offer good advice and he was very nice and kind and always in a good mood. The apartment is really only two minutes from the metro and it was very clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay with Jean-Michel. I recommend JM's apartment without any hesitation.

I had a wonderful stay with Jean-Michel. He is a very friendly, accommodating and respectful host. We were able to discuss many topics and he gave me plenty of recommendations. His apartment is very clean and located right near Belleville metro, allowing quick access to different places in central Paris. It was my first stay in Paris and definitely not the last! I highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at Jean-Michele's. He was gracious, accommodating and was more than willing to share his time and knowledge of Paris with me. While my knowledge of French is very limited, between the fact that his knowledge of English is a bit less limited than mine is of French, ******** Translate, and a great sense of humor, we were able to get along famously. The Metro is a couple of steps away from the building, and the apartment is adorable, functional, and clean.

Although it was brief, I had an excellent stay in JM's apartment. It is located in a very central location, across from the metro station. JM was a very kind and friendly host and a cool guy. He also let me use his washing machine. The apartment is quite convenient with a comfortable bed. He also made me good coffee in the morning. I would recommend it and I would be happy to stay there again.

Jean-Michel is a welcoming, kind-hearted and even adorable host! His apartment is very quiet, I slept like a baby 👶

Small but spacious well-furnished apartment with ALL AMENITIES! Metro right in front of the building..👍🏼 everything clean and tidy. Friendly host, very kind and professional, if you want privacy it is also guaranteed. I recommend it even to more demanding travelers! See you soon Jean Michel
