I offer a large private room for one or two people in my apartment.
The apartment is cool in summer and well heated in winter, it is spacious and very pleasant.
The sofa bed (140 X 190 cm) is very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is ideally located, within easy walking distance of train stations, the Marais district and the historic center, or by metro and public transport to the center, major monuments and airports.
It is not possible to invite guests to the apartment.
It is possible to use the kitchen for meals and the bathroom with all the equipment necessary for a pleasant stay. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the Canal St Martin district, is spacious, quiet and central, and full of charm. It's within easy reach of several nearby metro lines for visiting the whole of Paris. But you can also reach many of the sites on foot or by bike.
