The apartment is cool in summer and well heated in winter, spacious and very pleasant.
The sofa bed (140 X 190 cm) is very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is ideally located, within easy walking distance of the train stations, the Marais and the historic center, or by metro and public transport to reach the center, the main monuments and the airports.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment.
It is possible to use the kitchen for meals and of course the bathroom and all the equipment necessary for a good stay. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the Canal St Martin district, is spacious, quiet and central, and full of charm. It's within easy reach of several nearby metro lines for visiting the whole of Paris. But you can also get to many sites on foot or by bike.
