I’m offering a large private room for one or two people in my apartment. The apartment stays cool in the summer and is well-heated in the winter; it’s spacious and very comfortable. The sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) is very comfortable, and the apartment is very quiet. It’s ideally located within easy walking distance of train stations, the Marais, and the historic center, as well as metro and other public transportation to reach the city center, major landmarks, and airports. You may not invite guests from outside the apartment.

You’re welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals, as well as the bathroom and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the Canal St. Martin neighborhood, is quiet, central, and full of charm. It’s accessible via several nearby metro lines, making it easy to explore all of Paris. However, many sites can also be reached on foot or by bike. Ideal for an authentic stay in Paris. Please be considerate of my neighbors and friends and avoid making noise after 10 p.m. in the common areas and the apartment.

Alex was an amazing host. Very hospitable. I was only in Paris for a couple of days, but felt lucky to have such a great location. He pointed out some cool spots to check out while I was there, like the Picasso Museum. He also showed me where the cool bars were 👌. Such a great time and great conversations with Alex. I will remember him next time I'm in Paris. I would definitely recommend a stay with him.

Alex is a former host, very attentive and always willing to show you authentic places in the city. The apartment is close to the gay neighborhood Le Marais and has several nearby Metro stops. A very good option if you want to discover the most authentic Paris.
