I am a very cool person and will not hesitate to advise you if necessary on your visits. If I'm available, I'll come with you! Of a fairly quiet temperament, I like exchanges and sharing with respectful and open people like me 😉 Easy-going, curious and open to others. Here it is more an exchange than accommodation! The terrace also allows you to sunbathe when the weather allows it, and will also allow you to go there to smoke if this is the case. Naturist accommodation if the traveler's choice! See you soon.

I was delighted to have the opportunity to meet Chris and to be his guest at his home. He gave up his room for me, which is very comfortable. Despite his busy schedule, he made a particular effort to ensure my comfort and to facilitate the activities I had planned, both for sightseeing in the region and at his place, so that I could advance my work. I greatly enjoyed the discussions we had over dinners, and I am grateful for the care he took to make my stay most pleasant. He is a genuine and generous host, and I look forward to being able to visit him again.

Recommendable and excellent in every way; but, without a doubt, the best part of all is the attention, warmth and kindness of Chris. The apartment is very cozy, immaculately clean and features a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of Paris that captivates. I would stay there again a thousand times over. Thank you to Christophe for his advice before my arrival in Paris and throughout my stay. Christophe is very friendly and was always ready to have a drink in the evening to hear how my day went and provide tips for the next day. He was also ready to accommodate my breakfast even when I had very early mornings. I strongly recommend considering Christophe as your host and his apartment is very well located and easy to get around Paris with public transport.

Last-minute booking. Accommodation perfectly matches the description. Ideally located, just steps away from a metro station (Line 1), the apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious, very quiet at night. Panoramic terrace with stunning views of Paris. And then there's Chris, thoughtful and caring, very sociable without being intrusive. He does everything to make the stay go well. And it's a success! Highly recommended.
