Rented a room with me in the south of paris, with available amenities (Machine a Laver, etc...). Apartment is composed of an entrance, a kitchen with bar open on the living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bed two places. A close to the metro station Pierre Marie Curie ******** within 5 min walk. Of a 500m. Il a Vélib station takes 20 min to go to the centre of Paris (Le Marais including) .

For my first experience it went very well. The bed is comfortable, the apartment is well equipped and the location is very close to Paris. Even though I arrived late and Laurent left early and we didn't really have time to chat, this person was very attentive and available. Especially for the checkout time which was flexible and that really helped me out. I will definitely come back if needed without hesitation.

Well, I didn't understand Laurent's listing properly (and honestly, it's ambiguous to me), so I thought I was renting an entire apartment, when in fact it's a room in the apartment he lives in. But that's okay, the bed is good and Laurent is very kind... :-)

I am very happy with the welcome from Laurent, a kind, discreet, friendly man with lots of humor with whom I had a great conversation. His apartment is well located, on a quiet street, close to shops, I was able to get to school easily. I highly recommend it, I will return there with great pleasure.

The apartment is pleasant and the bed is comfortable. Laurent is very welcoming and will make you feel very at ease. Easy access to metro and tram stations too.

Laurent is a very attentive and thoughtful host. During my stay he contacted me several times to ask how my day went, if I had everything I needed. Really, very kind and super nice. The apartment is located next to Stade Charlèty and not far from line 7 which was perfect for me. The place was clean, I will return to his place with great pleasure!
