The house is located in a quiet coutryside of normandy.

Located close to big cities like Avranches (15kms), St James and his American Cemetery (5kms), Rennes (60kms), St Malo (60kms), Cancale (50 km), Dinan (60kms), Fougeres (25kms), Granville (60kms), etc.

House has on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (washing dishes, washing machine, fridge, stove gas, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Grill bread and everything cooking utensils, as well as a table and chairs). In addition, the House consists of a living room with a large table, a living room with sofas around the fireplace and a TV. There is also a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Upstairs, the House offers 3 bedrooms, one with 5 single beds (for a person), and two other bedrooms with bed (for two people) which has more of a wash basin and a wc. A bathroom is provided with a shower and a separate toilet.

The garden is composed of green spaces, a terrace along the House with a massive barbecue, private parking, as well as a private swimming pool (this is the exclusivity of the tenants).
