"Hi everyone! 🌟 We,Ray and Steph welcome you to our BNB in Rennes! Enjoy the superb view from our apartment on the 9th floor with elevator. On 110 m2 of pure industrial loft style on old parquet floors.

Just a 15-minute walk or 6-minute bike ride from the train station (bus and bike station downstairs) and a 4-minute bike ride from the Place du Parlement. Your private room is top, and the whole apartment is yours: living room, kitchen, bathroom (shared) and balcony.

We live here, so expect to share an aperitif with us! Breakfast included, of course. Come and live the BNB experience with us! 🏡🌇

The train station is 10 min walk or 3 min bike (star). The bus is just at the foot of the apartment. Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel are 3/4 hour drive, as the forest of Brocéliande and its mysteries!

A stay at the top. The apartment is very beautiful, clean and absolutely quiet. The bedroom is bright, the bed is comfortable. The hosts welcome you with simplicity and good humor, you feel at home right away. I will return with pleasure. :-)

Lovely room in a stylish apartment full of warmth, art, and plants. The views are great even when Rennes weather is rainy! The location is a 15 min. walking distance of the main station (bus and train), central district and old city area. And the frequent local bus stops outside the building if you prefer. We also found plenty of really great little places to eat even closer. The hosts are lovely, and welcoming, and happy to help with suggestions of things to see. Some evenings after a long day, we just stayed in and hung out with them. The place makes for a fine base for excursions to Mont Saint-Michel, Dinan, or Saint Malo. We did those as day trips by bus, though you could easily make them overnights. Lastly, the hosts gave us an excellent tip we wouldn't have known: Do not miss the open market in Renne on Saturday mornings: The largest in all of France!

Magnificent apartment in the heart of Rennes, tastefully decorated. The hosts are charming, friendly people. The room is clean with comfortable bedding and bath towels provided. The common areas are clean, well-maintained and tidy. A magnificent balcony offers a beautiful view over part of the city.
