Little house with my painting studio. You'll sleep in the creative studio! (a small, separate, private space is provided) .comfortable 90×200 bed. quiet environment for a good night's sleep! You also have your own shower. Kitchen and living room to share with me :) . everything you need to cook your own meals. Beauregard district (to locate the house, look for the Frac Rennes) in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Quartier shopping center, St Gregoire and northern districts: St Martin, Villejean University, Pontchaillou hospital. City center accessible by car, metro or Bus lines downstairs and Villejean metro station 10 mns by bus or on foot. Rocade exit St Martin in the immediate vicinity. Local shops 4 minutes' walk away. I provide breakfast (simple) and coffee/tea at your disposal. you can use the kitchen to prepare your own dinner if you wish.
