Beauregard district (to locate the house, look for the Frac Rennes) in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Quartier shopping center, St Gregoire and northern districts: St Martin, Villejean University, Pontchaillou hospital.
City center accessible by car, metro or
Bus lines downstairs and Villejean metro station 10 mns by bus or on foot.
Rocade exit St Martin in the immediate vicinity.
Local shops 4 minutes' walk away.
I provide breakfast (simple) and coffee/tea at your disposal.
