A thoughtful and very accommodating host. It was a lovely stay in a peaceful and very clean apartment. It was nice to be able to relax in comfort there. Of course, watch out for your belongings around the young cat... haha

A very nice space, clean and cool despite it being very hot outside. A friendly host with friendly pets, I appreciated Benjamin offering to go for a drink and exploring a cool area I wouldn't have seen otherwise. I can definitely recommend!

A big thank you to Benjamin who was a great host and to his little dog Joyce, a ball of love and energy! The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the SNCF train station. Good restaurants and nice gay-friendly venues are also within walking distance. The accommodation itself was clean, with access to all useful amenities. Benjamin was very welcoming, took time despite our busy schedules to see us, and is an interesting person. Thank you again!

Decent room, good bedding. Easy location to reach the train station and the centre of Rennes on foot and by bus. Good communication with Benjamin, somewhat cold reception and hospitality that could be improved. Constructive discussion about this with Benjamin. Good value for money.

I had a very nice stay at Benjamin's ! The apartment is bright, very clean and tastefully decorated, barely a 20 min walk from the train station and across the street from a bus stop - very convenient for a quick ride to the historic centre of the city. It was easy to communicate with Benjamin throughout. I appreciated his local recommendations and flexibility on check-in and checkout. I'd recommend his place to anyone coming to Rennes!
