You’ll love the peaceful atmosphere of my single-story home.

It’s located in a charming little village between the towns of Château-Gontier/Mayenne and Craon (both with populations of 13,000), about 8 km from each. And it’s only 25 minutes from the Laval train station or 50 minutes from the Angers train station (accessible from my home via a regular bus route).

In addition to the cozy private room, you’ll have access to the entire (shared) home and a landscaped outdoor area with a welcoming atmosphere. The home is fully ground-level with no steps to enter, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or those traveling for business or pleasure, offering comfort and tranquility.

To relax, you can enjoy a shared hot tub and the outdoor space. And just a 5-minute walk away, a pond invites you to take a stroll and enjoy nature.

The entire property is non-smoking, including the private bedroom, but you are welcome to smoke on the property or in the covered area by the entrance under the porch.
