I am offering a private room in my apartment, with an adjoining office/walk-in closet area. Built in 1900, this 100-square-meter apartment features a beautiful double living room, hardwood floors, fireplaces, and crown molding... ideally located in the city center, in the town hall/prefecture district, on a quiet, well-preserved street. The room overlooks a courtyard—peace and quiet guaranteed! :) I love interior design and artwork, and I’m always happy to share the story behind each piece I’ve acquired at auction.

I used to host on ******** in Lyon, and I’d like to repeat the experience here. I enjoy hosting and chatting with my guests.

Check-in in person starting around 6:30 p.m. or self-check-in using a key box.

This home is well designed and extremely comfortable. More important was the host, Albin. He was welcoming, friendly and excellent with communication, advice and apartment accessibility. I thoroughly enjoyed time spent with Albin and while in his home.

Albin is a truly amazing man. He accommodated a slight change of my schedule with kindness, attentiveness, and a genuine welcome when I arrived. This was a wonderful experience, with great conversations, sharing many interests. His elegantly comfortable home is perfectly located for exploring the lovely city of Nantes. I was also fortunate to meet some of his nice friends, especially thoughtful Kevin. I'm grateful that I made this visit and credit my very special host. Merci beaucoup, Albin!

Gorgeous apartment in the center of Nantes. Albin is a wonderful host and provided some great restaurant recommendations. If visiting Nantes, would highly recommend a stay with Albin.

Albin's home is like a tastefully curated gallery or museum, full of beautiful antiques and objects d'art. The guest suite has a very comfortable bed and an attached sitting room. The entire apartment is spotless and filled with natural light. Albin is a friendly, gracious, generous, and welcoming host with whom I enjoyed pleasant conversation and a very tasty dinner that he prepared. An absolute five-star experience in every way.

The apartment is magnificent and ideally located to enjoy the heart of Nantes without the noise drawbacks. Moreover, Albin is a thoughtful host who makes you feel like you're at a friend's place.
