Private room ideally located on the Ile de Nantes

After sharing my seaside house for several years on a b&b basis, I'm now offering to share my apartment on the Ile de Nantes.

Bed 140x190 in a single room opposite mine in the apartment.

We share the living room-kitchen and bathroom.
Balcony loggia with late afternoon sun.

I don't offer breakfasts or meals, but I can cook simple things.

Quiet, secure building, close to a shopping center (supermarkets, bakeries, shopping...) and just a few steps from line 4, which takes you to the city center in 4 min, or line 5, which goes from the train station (5 min) to the other end of the Ile de Nantes (Machines de l'île, Grand Éléphant, Hangar à bananes in 10 min). Free public transport at weekends. Self-service bike station just a few steps away. Tramway lines 2 and 3 a 15-minute walk away.

On foot, you can enjoy a pleasant stroll around the two arms of the Loire River, or walk through the city center to the Erdre River in around 20 minutes.

Passionate about culture and heritage, I know Nantes and the Loire-Atlantique region inside out and would be an excellent guide for your stay.

In the apartment, everyone does their own thing, as long as it's quiet and respectful of others.
