What we love about our neighborhood is its relaxing calm and true village atmosphere. Here, you can meet neighbors on foot or by bike, take your time, and enjoy the natural surroundings.
And yet, everything is within easy reach: the bakery for morning croissants, the small grocery store for emergency supplies, and the town center just a 5-minute walk away for a stroll or a coffee on the terrace.
It's a simple, welcoming and peaceful place... a place where you'll quickly feel at home! We look forward to welcoming you and helping you discover our little corner of the Vendée. To ensure that your stay is as peaceful and respectful as possible, please take a few moments to read these rules: 🕰 Opening hours Arrival: flexible times. Please let us know in case of late arrival. Check-out: before 11:00 am, to give us time to prepare the room for the next guests. Breakfast: on request 🚭 Smoking The house is non-smoking inside. You can smoke in the garden, taking care not to leave anything on the ground. An ashtray is at your disposal. 🌼 Respect for the premises Please do not eat in the rooms and keep the premises clean. Towels and bed linen are provided. Please do not use them outside. We live in a quiet environment: please respect the peace and quiet, especially after 10:00 pm. 🧼 Cleaning For stays of several nights, a refreshment run can be made at your request. The cleaning products we use are environmentally friendly. Thank you for helping us limit waste and water/electricity consumption. 🐾 Pets Pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding. 🚗 Parking A parking space is at your disposal in front of the house. 🚪 Access and security Please close doors and windows when you're away, especially in windy conditions (the countryside can be quite temperamental!). Maxime and Fabien are 2 really nice guys, and very kind. They were absent when we arrived, and did everything to welcome us in the best conditions; besides, their little troublemaker took good care of it.... We had a pleasant stay, a big thank you to you guys!! looking forward to seeing you again at your place or at ours.

Very good experience at the Oasis with Maxime and Fabien, very kind and welcoming, who welcomed us to their superb home with drinks on the terrace from the first evening :) Their spa is available at any time, a great advantage in all seasons, Modern and comfortable bedroom and bathroom, Thank you again to them.

Perfect welcome from Fabien and Maxime. Cleanliness, amenities, comfort, decor, and the house's garden were all perfect too. The cat is perfect as well 😄. The neighborhood is quiet and just 5 minutes from all conveniences. Thank you for our conversations despite your busy schedules, for the little moments we shared with you. I really enjoyed it and I highly recommend this place. Best regards

I had an excellent stay with Maxime and Fabien. The hosts are very kind, I particularly appreciated their great advice for visiting the region and our smooth conversations as if we had known each other for years. The oasis is located in a quiet dead-end street, the house is impeccable with a beautiful garden, not to mention the super comfortable bedding: I recommend without hesitation! I almost forgot the hosts' culinary talents, I give it 5 stars!

Despite Maxime and Fabien being absent, we were welcomed with a nice welcome message and everything was arranged so we wouldn't have to search for anything. The presence of Chipie, an adorable cat, was funny. The magnificent garden and the decoration allowed us to imagine the personalities of Maxime and Fabien. We weren't able to enjoy the garden because our commitment to a local wedding didn't leave us time. Their house is located in a peaceful area and cleanliness is maintained and pleasant. We therefore recommend you come stay at L'oasis, you will surely be pleasantly welcomed. Thank you again boys, and if you pass through Anjou don't hesitate to come say hello to us.
