Large 65 m2 living room with kitchen, 2 terraces, one of 50m2 facing south with Jacuzzi and the other of 20 m2 with a view of the city. Quiet room of 12 m2 (160 cm bed) with private bathroom with Italian shower) Breakfast included in the price. At the foot of the building, tram 200m (Vincent Gâche stop - 5 minutes from the hyper center) or 10 minutes on foot from the hyper center. The station is 10 minutes by car or bus line C5, direct line to the station at the foot of the building. Airport 20mn by shuttle or car. A car park "Les Fonderies" available 300 m away. Ideal for tourists or professionals on the go.

A dream! Thank you to Michel and Stéphane who were charming from the booking onwards, and during my stay. They go out of their way to make this time at their place an exceptional moment. And since their apartment (decorated by them) is also exceptional, it seems impossible to find anything better in Nantes! The bedroom is actually a suite with its own bathroom. Everything is high-end, the decor, the linens, the quality of the bathroom. It's perfectly clean, it's quiet, it's beautiful! The common areas are also wonderful, and the breakfast is delicious. Beautiful tree-lined terraces to have a drink or enjoy the jacuzzi... so classy! In short: go with your eyes closed, you'll be delighted!! (like me)

I had an exceptional stay thanks to Michel and Stef. The apartment, the terrace and the bedroom with private bathroom are truly of high standing. Everything is decorated with great taste. It's simply exceptional given its location (near downtown and the Machines of the Isle) and the beauty of the rooftop. Michel and Stef were very attentive, truly very friendly and warm. I had excellent moments in their company. They gave very good advice about places to visit. I thank them infinitely. They made my weekend in Nantes magical.

THE STOP in NANTES A Magnificent contemporary apartment just between earth and sky... A refined, subtle, thoughtful, comfortable habitat... magical terraces to contemplate the city and the stars. Of course, such a place can only be inhabited by welcoming, considerate, interesting, charming hosts...
