Relax in our quiet estate, ideally located for discovering the Jade Coast, in the center of La Plaine-sur-Mer ********. Nearby (2min walk) to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, post office, restaurants, grocery store, tourist office, etc.). 650m from Intermarché with credit card dispenser and gas station. 10 min from Pornic, 5 min from Saint-Brévin, 20 min from Saint-Nazaire, 40 min from Guérande (medieval town with salt marshes), 50 min from Nantes. There's plenty of choice for exploring the surrounding area. We offer 2 studios of 35m2 (bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking the pool) and a 55m2 villa on the ground floor, set apart from the rest of the property. The studios face the swimming pool (shared with other guests), which is heated to 30° from May to the end of October, with salt filtration. Each studio has its own private terrace with deckchairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining... A barbecue is available in the garden.

Studio 1: 35 m2, comprising : Open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... Bathroom with 1 large shower, double washbasin, WC, washing machine. Sleeps 2 on mezzanine bed-160x90cm Wifi TV screen with DVD player (video library available) Sheets, pillows, comforters, towels and gloves are provided.

Naturism allowed around the pool, in the garden and in the studio. Free parking 20 m from the house in the Lakas garden.

Not allergic to cats, which roam freely in the grounds. Bikes available for hire in Préfailles, delivered free of charge by the rental company. Free shuttle service during the summer season to beaches and towns in the agglo (Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, Pornic, Préfailles, La Plaine sur Mer, La Bernerie en Retz, Villeneuve en Retz, Les Moutiers en Retz).
