Domaine D'Edespe : the villa

Relax in our quiet estate, ideally located for discovering the Jade Coast in the center of La Plaine sur Mer. The Edespe estate comprises the villa, 2 studios and a guest room. 10 minutes from Pornic, 20 minutes from Saint Nazaire, 40 minutes from Guérande (medieval town with salt marshes), 50 minutes from Nantes.

La Raitrie naturist beach and its small gay creeks are a 5-minute drive from us, and for the more courageous, a half-hour walk.

All shops are within walking distance: bakery, bar tabac presse, pharmacy, butcher's shop, grocery store, restaurants, media library... Intermarché is 650m away, with a ******** dispenser and gas station.

The villa is a 55m2 detached house (1 open-plan kitchen in the living room, one bedroom with a 140x90 bed on the ground floor), fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob... separate bathroom and toilet, private terrace, barbecue. sheets, pillows, comforters, towels are provided. tv, wifi, loan of board games, books and DVDs. You have access to the swimming pool (10mx3.50m) heated to 30° from May 1 to October 30 (salt filtration) which you will share with other holidaymakers. Outdoor deckchairs, tables and chairs are available on the grass around the pool. The 2 terraces are private to the studios. Naturism allowed around the pool and in the villa. No smoking in the villa. Free parking 20m from the house in the Lakas garden. Possibility of leaving your bikes on the property.

Possibility of renting bicycles in Préfailles, with free delivery by the on-site rental ******** shuttles during the summer season to the beaches and surrounding towns.

Not allergic to cats, which roam freely on the estate.
