Relax in our quiet estate, ideally located for discovering the Jade Coast, in the center of La Plaine sur Mer ********. Nearby (2min walk) all amenities: bakery, tobacconist, chemist, post office, restaurants, grocery store, media library, tourist office...) 650m from Intermarché with credit-card dispenser and gas station. 10min from Pornic, 15min from Saint Brévin, 20min from Saint Nazaire, 40 min from Guérande (medieval town with salt marshes), 50 min from Nantes. There's plenty of choice for exploring the surrounding area. We offer 2 studios of 35m2 (bedroom on mezzanine) overlooking the swimming pool (10mx3.50m), which is heated to 30° from May to the end of October with salt filtration. Each studio has its own private terrace with deckchairs, table, chairs and parasol for outdoor dining. A barbecue is available in the garden. Naturism is permitted in the garden around the pool and in the studios.

Studio 2 is equipped with wi-fi, open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, regular and Senséo coffee makers, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, TV). Sheets, pillows, comforter, towels and gloves provided. Bed size: 180x90. Books, magazines, games, air mattresses, buoys available on request. Free parking 20m from the house in the Lakas garden. Bicycles can be left on the property.

Possibility of renting bicycles in Préfailles, (free delivery on site by the rental company) Free shuttles during the summer season to the beaches and communes of the agglo (Saint Michel chef chef, Pornic, Préfailles, La plaine sur mer, la Bernerie en retz, Villeneuve en Retz, Les Moutiers en Retz).
