Take a moment to settle into this beautiful, AIR-CONDITIONED STUDIO in my home, located in a quiet neighborhood near the tram line and four stations that put you right in the heart of Nantes. All the perks, none of the hassles. FREE BREAKFAST.
The room has a very comfortable bed (160x200).
There’s a shower and a separate toilet.
You have access to the kitchen for breakfast. The kitchen is shared with me.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is just a stone’s throw away.

If you’re coming by car, parking is easy and free. You can also park your car in my enclosed garage.
