Take a moment to settle into this beautiful, AIR-CONDITIONED STUDIO in my home, located in a quiet neighborhood near the tram line and four stations that put you right in the heart of Nantes. All the perks, none of the hassles. FREE BREAKFAST. The room has a very comfortable bed (160x200). There’s a shower and a separate toilet. You have access to the kitchen for breakfast. The kitchen is shared with me. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is just a stone’s throw away.
If you’re coming by car, parking is easy and free. You can also park your car in my enclosed garage.

Very pleasant and well-furnished pied-à-terre, in a quiet location on a small street where it's easy to park. After that, you can do everything on foot with the tram 3 minutes away, perfect! Fabrice is a pleasant, welcoming host who is delighted to show you his region. And as a bonus, the lovely little tree-filled garden for relaxation moments. In short, I highly recommend it!

Beautiful well-located and functional apartment. The proximity to the tram makes it easy to visit Nantes. Fabrice is a welcoming and friendly host who gave me good advice for visiting the must-see spots in Nantes. I recommend it.
