You'll enjoy a small, fully renovated house. On the ground floor, you'll find a 30m2 living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom with king-size bed and flat-screen android TV (Netflix, Amazon...), and a shower room with large walk-in shower. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, you'll find a second king-size bed. Outside, in the south-facing garden, you can relax in the private spa and enjoy the terrace with its sofas and chiliennes. You'll also benefit from a high-speed fiber-optic internet connection. All shops and transport facilities within walking distance. Easy, free parking.
