The apartment is located in a quiet residential building at the foot of "Parc du thabor" and "Palais Saint Georges". Saint Georges Street and its restaurants are also nearby. At the end of this street is the Royal Place of the Parliament of Brittany and the Place "Hôtel de Ville" next. Gay place nearby: California sauna is at 6 min walk from the apartment. Bar: l' âne à theme and the Klub at 5 min. Club: The Batchi at 9 min. Metro Republique at 9 min

Freedom, good humor and respect. Please bring care to the use of this renovated and clean apartment. The use of the washing machine, tumble dryer are on restrictions, ask me if you wish to use them. The shared kitchen is usable for "small" kitchen and must stay clean. For cleanliness, you'll find a vacuum cleaner in the closet in front of the front door. Sponge, wipe are also available to leave the place clean. The apartment is non smoking. If you smoke, you can go to the yard of the building. Turn off your butts and don't throw them in the yard. Make sure all windows are closed when you are not in the apartment.

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful bedroom. Comfortable bed and no noise despite being on the ground floor. Sam came to check if I needed anything. Very kind. If I come back to Saint-Malo, I now have an address. Thank you again and best of luck.
