Are you looking for accommodation near Angers' hyper-center, with easy access (train station, streetcar, bus, shops)?
We offer you a charming 30m2 design studio, just renovated, Scandinavian style, in our charming house, old and spacious, located 12mn walk from Angers hyper downtown.
I'm the younger brother of singer Guesch Patti, so this is her room when she comes to stay in Angers!
If you're a fan of the Finnish sauna, you can ask for details on site. And why not afterwards... a massage session in the Zen space (just opposite the studio in the other room on the landing) by your host, Jérémie, trained in Ayurvedic techniques, relaxation or sports massage. All you need to do is make an appointment before or during your stay, rates on request.
Your room (17.55m2) is upstairs, with a 160cm bed and desk space for your PC.
Bathroom with toilet and 80x80 shower.
Private, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave/grill, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, Senséo, kettle and toaster.
The little extras: Quiet neighborhood. Easy, free parking on the street and nearby.
Separate, private fitted kitchen, bedroom opening onto large, quiet terrace (90 m2) with sun loungers and table. The apartment is a 15-20-minute walk from the train station. Large-screen 50x90 TV with Netflix and TNT channels!
