Atypical triplex house in a quiet area, Hyper-centre Angers

Would you like to stay right in the heart of Angers, yet still be within easy reach of shops, cultural heritage and trendy places? Here's my cozy little 35m2 design nest in a triplex, all comfort and renovated, from the Place du Ralliement (the city's most famous square!) you arrive directly in the private courtyard... Composition of the cottage: - Kitchen (ground floor): Pretty brick wall with industrial-style furniture, very contemporary. Equipped with grill/microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, raclette machine, Senséo and toaster. Large work/dining table with 3 stools. - The bathroom (ground floor) features a modern thermostatic shower with KeepCool technology + washbasin + WC.

- The living room (1st floor) furnished with a 1-seater sofa bed with its memory foam mattress topper for added comfort, 1 upholstered armchair, a sideboard, a coffee table, a 127 cm Ultra HD 4K large-screen LED TV with SFR Box (cable channels, free wifi & direct Netflix access with your log-in details). The 2nd floor bedroom with a 140cm bed (memory foam FLEX technology) and dressing room.

The little extras : - Free Bluetooth speaker (device name: Cactus enceinte Ralliement). Listen to music via your cell phone's music library or download a free app such as "Les radios françaises", etc.!
