House "closing optionnal": if you have never practiced it is possible to discuss it (keep underwear, sarong etc...).
We have two sleeping possibilities for 4 people: - bedroom with 160cm bed - bedroom with sofa bed in our 120m2 house with terrace, jacuzzi (no extra charge) and parking in front of the house.
I am available throughout your stay if needed. Shuttle service to and from the streetcar.
Please let us know in advance if you would like a continental breakfast (€8 extra).

The house was lovely, in a peaceful neighbourhood, and Sebastien, his partner Yohann and his son Tristan were very accommodating hosts. I appreciated that they were able to be flexible with my dates when I needed to postpone. The neighbourhood is very peaceful, not very central but fine if you hire a car.

We felt at home thanks to Yohann and Sebastien, their welcome, their availability, the breakfast, the cleanliness of the place, the Jacuzzi pool.. the proximity to the Tram and the center of Tours in 20 minutes, everything was perfect. We won't hesitate to come back.

Fantastic stay in Tours, a warm welcome and a dip in the jacuzzi; adorable couple who made us feel at ease, the room is really comfortable and overlooks the garden, peaceful.

Had a great stay here. Sebastien was really nice, helpful, and easy to talk to, and didn't mind that I arrived later than planned. The place itself was lovely and great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Sébastien and Yohann are very friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and pleasant. The jacuzzi is so relaxing after a few hours of driving! I recommend.
