House "closing optionnal": if you have never practiced it is possible to discuss it (keep underwear, sarong etc...).
We offer a sofa bed in an attic space. The bathroom is shared with the other room on offer and also with our own, but we have a 2nd just in case.
The house is 120m2 with terrace, jacuzzi (no extra charge) and parking in front of the house.
I am available throughout the stay if needed. Possibility of shuttle between the house and the streetcar (15min walk).
Please let us know in advance if you would like a continental breakfast (8€ extra).

Sebastian and Yohann have a lovely home on the edge of Tours in very peaceful area. Their place is beautiful and I enjoyed the hoy tub in the warm sun. Sebastian gave me some great tips for restaurants and where to park in the centre. Would be happy to stay here again.

Very beautiful house, clean and pleasant. I love the small attic room, it looks like a secret passage: the child in me awakens! The hosts are lovely, very kind and extremely welcoming. The bedding is so comfortable that you could spend the entire stay without hesitation.

I had a very nice experience staying at this place. Sebastien was very kind and open to my requests, he even upgraded my room, since the room with a twin bed was empty, for the same price. Sebastien was always willing to answer all my questions and he allowed me to use the jacuzzi even when it was a bit cool and cloudy. The house is big and beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood and the jacuzzi is amazing. The only cons is that is a bit far from the center, if you dont have a car you need to walk 15 min to get to the tram station (and that's the only public transportation) and then another 15 min to get to the center but it's a safe and nice area
