This happily married Franco-American couple is happy to welcome you into their charming French townhouse which dates back to the 17th century, typically "Tourangelle". You will be staying in our guest room, filled with books for those readers among you. Shared bathroom with shower and bathtub (seperate toilets), fully-equiped kitchen, family room, and courtyard (on those warm days, have your coffee or wine in an enclosed and friendly space). Located on a quiet street, we are only 5 minutes (by foot) from downtown. Cathedral, old-towne, shopping, restaurants, bars.... all are within a short walk (not to mention the Tram and busses which are less than five minutes away). Come discover Tours... we'll help! Update : March 2017 Good news, we have a new furry addition to the family. For the animal lovers among you, we have a sweet kitten named Niles that would be happy to meet you. And for the non-cat types, no worries, she is not allowed to go into the guestroom where you will be staying.

Excellent location, crossing the Loire and we're on rue Colbert, in a pedestrian zone where restaurants follow one another up to Place Plume. A charming house enhanced by our hosts, Benoit and Matthew. Warm welcome and spotless room. What more could you ask for than wanting to come back to them! You feel so good there...!

I had a great time in Tours staying with Benoit and Matthew in their beautiful home. It is peaceful and conveniently located a short walk from the river and other places to visit.
