Design and cozy apartment

An excellent stay at Vincent's great apartment in the 19th Arrondisement. As it was Christmas when I stayed I didn't see Vincent however communication was excellent. It's a great apartment on the 17th floor with amazing views over north Paris. The bathroom has a fabulous power shower. The area has great cafes, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay and a fantastic experience with Vincent. Vincent was always available to answer my questions and ensure my comfort. The apartment is ideally located for my needs, just a few steps from the theater. The journey to/from CDG was well served, as well as the line to the city center. Vincent made me feel like I'm "at home".

Vincent is very nice, he knows how to make you feel comfortable. His apartment is warm, clean, well-located, I will certainly come back.

An apartment with an exceptional view over Paris. Location is close to major metro line, with nice walking/jogging area near the docks. Vincent is a sweet, gentle guy. Highly recommended!

Thank you to Vincent for the trust he placed in us by allowing us to stay in his apartment during his absence. The apartment is very pleasant, calm, and functional. The sofa bed is very comfortable. We were able to live there as if it were our own home, in a naturist way. Our only regret is not having been able to meet Vincent, who seems to be a very attentive and friendly host.

Vincent gave me a warm and trustworthy welcome. I had a set of keys, so I was completely independent. The apartment is nice and has no overlooking neighbors. Vincent is a thoughtful and kind host. I highly recommend him

Easy to get to, a few minutes from two metro stops, good communication from Vincent before my arrival. Very nice bakery nearby too.

We really liked our stay here. The apartment is very cosy and the bed super comfortable. Unfortunately vincent was traveling during our stay so we couldn't meet in person but he sent us very clear instructions for the check-in. The location is perfect: just next to the metro and close to Buttes Chaumont. We will definitely try to come back here on our next trip to Paris. Merci Vincent!
