Guest's room with view, well situated in Paris

I was delighted with my week at Patrice's home. It was a very warm welcome, wonderful with a lot of delicacy, attention to detail (including breakfast), and suggestions for artistic and cultural activities, including those within the gay community. Everything was done to make my stay memorable and wonderful. The massage option is highly recommended for experiencing a unique sensory discovery. The location is very convenient and quick to reach the well-known and trendy places in Paris.

Patrice's apartment is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect: the metro is right downstairs and there are supermarkets and shops nearby, which is very convenient! Patrice is a wonderful host, very attentive and always ready to help. He even prepared breakfast for me and offered me a drink in the evening, it was really warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Patrice's accommodation!

Hello everybody. Patrice's apartment is a real jewel, located in the heart of Paris. Situated on the 11th floor it provides a spectacular view across the city. The interior is very stylish. The furniture is a sophisticated mixture of antiques and modern art. My room was spacious. It features a double bed with a mattress of very good quality. The living room is quite roomy. And the kitchen is fully equipped. As well you find a modern bathroom with ample shower facility. And the whole apartment is cared for thoroughly, and is therefore spotless clean. But most important. The host, Patrice is very attentive, and helpful. He provides ideas for sightseeing in general, and gay locations in particular. I also enjoyed the breakfast carefully provided by Patrice each morning. I would love to come back, and I can absolutely recommend the apartment. Patrice was a great host who went out of his way to ensure you had a great stay. His home is centrally located with easy access to all parts of Paris to explore. A nice apartment which provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

At first, the bright apartment with its brightness and panoramic views over Paris really caught my eyes. The reality does not disappoint! The sunsets are exceptionally fantastic. Patrice shares his home with such ease and generosity. He shares freely his experiences and knowledge with music, concerts and traveling.
