Private room in a very quiet and cozy apartment with terraces

I spent two nights at Frédéric's place and everything was perfect. The apartment is clean, very comfortable, with a superb terrace where you feel immediately at ease. The neighborhood is very calm and the metro is close by, making travel easy. Frédéric is an exceptional host: kind, thoughtful, available and full of great tips for enjoying Paris. An impeccable stay that I highly recommend!

Frédéric is a very pleasant person, with a nice balance between introversion and extraversion. He is discreet and respects his guests' privacy, while being warm, available, and always ready to help or offer good advice when needed. You quickly feel at ease thanks to his calm and kind demeanor. The apartment is very clean, perfectly organized, and well-maintained. We also appreciate the great freedom that Frédéric gives his guests to use the different spaces, which really gives the impression of being at home while respecting the place. I highly recommend this accommodation. It is located in an excellent neighborhood, very convenient for easily reaching the city center, whether by public transport or on foot. A very beautiful experience that I would gladly repeat.

Such a gentle, helpful man. I loved staying with Fred. The neighbourhood was nice too; a lot of restaurants and bars near the apartment - away from the most busy tourist areas. I would love to come back.

Magnificent stay at Fred's. Everything was perfect. The apartment is absolutely perfect, on the top floor with a magnificent terrace with no overlooking neighbors and with incredible peace and quiet. But that's nothing compared to its owner (who by the way will describe his apartment like a real estate agent 🤣). Fred is simply perfect: attentive, interesting, funny and above all engaging. A bright apartment, and a thoughtful host.

Frédéric's apartment is gorgeous, and in a great location. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the view from the terrace was wonderful! Frédéric was a fabulous host, going so far as to make me a beautiful and delicious dinner. He was friendly, clear with communications, and very helpful. I would highly recommend his place!

First experience with misterb&b Frédéric is a very welcoming and attentive host; he does everything to make you feel at home. His apartment is great and you can discover Paris from his very 'green' terrace; he's a plant lover. Sunrise and sunset are guaranteed in this very bright apartment. Very well served by metro and bus to get around the capital. I truly think I will come back to Frédéric's.
